The binding agreement between you and Ozwin Casino Australia governing your use of our Platform

1. Definitions & Interpretation

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

6. Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit, as indicated) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Key points include:

  • The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
  • Free spin winnings typically carry a 20x wagering requirement on the winnings generated.

12. Dispute Resolution

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the procedures described in Section 12 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence grant you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

For Australian members, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded by agreement.

14. Amendments to These Terms
